Reiki on the Beach
Join us for an hour of relaxing and restorative group Reiki and energy healing surrounded by the soothing sounds and natural beauty of the ocean. This intimate gathering is limited to just 6 participants, allowing for a more personalized and supportive experience.
Please bring:
A towel, blanket, or yoga mat to lie on
A small pillow or towel for under your head (and under your knees if needed for comfort/back support)
Water
Comfortable clothing
Sun protection, if desired
Shoes suitable for walking through sand and shallow water if necessary
This session is designed to support relaxation, energetic alignment, grounding, and connection with nature.
