About Myia
Myia’s communication with Spirit began when she was a very small child. Some of her earliest memories are of seeing auras around trees and people, being visited by energetic beings, and holding conversations with spirits, God (the Creator), and nature. She grew up in a spiritually open household that encouraged paying attention to subtle energies and practicing energy-healing exercises.
As a teenager she became fascinated with the metaphysical. In young adulthood she began receiving visions, practicing advanced energy-healing techniques on herself, and studying divination and energy reading. After an empowering women's spiritual retreat in Costa Rica, Myia started leading small group circles focused on energy reading and meditation.
A cascade of synchronicities led her to formal study at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ, where she completed 350 hours in Shamanic Reiki Master Teaching and Clinical Transpersonal Hypnotherapy (including Past Life Regression). That training gave her gifts structure and allowed her intuition to soar. During this time she also began teaching Reiki and deep energy techniques alongside her mother, leading guided imagery and Reiki sessions, and practicing regularly.
Over the years Myia received many clear downloads for ancient ways of releasing karmic energies, attachments, and entities; she began performing banishments for herself and others and has since performed dozens of ceremonies. She later worked at a well-known metaphysical shop as an energy reader and healer for walk-in clients and at psychic fairs.
Today, Myia is a seasoned energy reader and healer who has taught numerous students to the level of Reiki Master Teacher, led spiritual retreats, and supported many souls in recognizing their unique spiritual gifts and soul path. She continually studies and practices, and her deepest joy is assisting others to bring what lies just beneath the surface into awareness - helping clients connect the dots their guides and higher selves have left for them all along the way.
Her work aims to help clients break patterns of disillusionment and unconscious behavior so they can reclaim sovereignty, expand awareness, and fulfill their soul’s purpose on Earth. Her sessions and classes give a safe, knowledge-packed, structured space where the spirit can soar. While she often refers to her abilities as “psychic,” Myia focuses beyond the mundane in her sessions - receiving akashic information about her client’s growth, soul abilities, karmic material ready to be released, ancestral information, and - when relevant and energetically welcomed by the client - elemental, fae, multi-dimensional, and off-world connections.
